Boondi Raita


Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Khari (salted) Boondi
2 cups curd/yoghurt whisked nicely, chilled.
-½ cup pomegranate seeds
8-10 fresh torn mint leaves
½ tsp cumene powder
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste


Method:
Whisk the curd well.

Add cumene powder, sugar, Red Chilli powder, salt, mint leaves and mix nicely.

Just before serving add the Boondi, pomegranate seeds, and mix well.

Serve immediately with parathas.
